2024 CHINAPLAS Post show report.

The 2024 CHINAPLAS ended successfully in Shanghai.

After the outbreak of the COVID-19, China has opened up to foreign exhibitors and visitors to participate the exhibition for the first time in five years. The number of visitors reached 320,000, which is nearly 80% more the 2018 CHINAPLAS before the epidemic.

HAN KING displayed our FFS 5 Layers Co-Extrusion Heavy-Duty Blown Film Production Line, which connected to 4-color Printer and Inner Embossing Equipment. The raw material formula we used contains 30% Post-Consumer Recycled materials provided by Borouge. It reduces carbon footprint up to 48%, and achieves the development of a circular economy. At the exhibition, the operating output of the machine was 510 kilograms per hour with perfect film rolls production and reached the highest output 543 kilograms per hour on the third day.

Adding recycled materials to products has become a trend in the rubber and plastics industry. The development of circular economy is carried out in daily life. Under the goal of global carbon reduction, many countries have legislated relevant regulations to reduce the burden that the plastic industry brought to the Earth.

At CHINAPLAS, HAN KING demonstrated stable operation of the machine with 30% recycled material added. We believe that it will provide the users with a new option for film production. Compared with 3 layers co-extrusion machine, 5 layers co-extrusion machine can deploy raw material formulas better to reduce the producing costs. If a certain amount of recycled materials can be added to the formula, it would help users to save more cost. Furthermore, the good operation of the machine shows the excellent mechanical design and electronic control configuration of the equipment. Under a stable output of 500 kilograms per hour, HAN KING's machine, including the printer and water chiller, consumes only around 250~280 kilowatts per hour. Under the goal of recycling and reducing carbon emissions, energy conservation and electricity saving can bring market competitiveness to our machine users.

Han King has fully experience for the blown film production line with in-line printer and inner embossing device. To produce the film stably when internal embossing equipment is installed, the main blown film production line must achieve sufficient production stability, stable extrusion volume and bag width, and synchronization of connection speed.

Film blowing, printing, inner embossing, and gusseting - an integrated production method that saves the space from the factory. Originally, the printer and inner embossing equipment need to be set up separately. We install them along with the blown film machine to reduce the human resources for producing the finished product.

If the film is produced offline, the plain film must be moved to the printer and embossing equipment from the blown film machine. The front and rear film would be wasted for connecting the film roll to a printer or an embossing device. However, with the in-line production, you can have the finished product right from the blown film production line, and there will be no waste materials generated during the production. Since there is no need for post-processing, the time is saved and it is more efficient for the production.

FFS heavy-duty packaging film specializes in packaging heavy-duty products, including raw materials refined from petrochemicals, agricultural products, grains, salt and sugar, fertilizers, feed, etc. The blown film equipment produces film rolls, which are then matched with an automatic packaging production line for filling, sealing, bag cutting, and stacking. The two processes produce the final packaging product, significantly improving product production efficiency and manpower usage. And the packaging bags can be 100% completely recycled and re-pelletized after the product is used. And it can re-enter into product production, forming a circular economy in the plastic industry.
