The mono-layer LDPE/LLDPE blown film line is one of Han King’s classic machine models.

The system features excellent material mixing performance, enabling uniform plasticization and stable extrusion during the melting process to improve film quality and production stability.
Its high-output design enhances overall production efficiency and capacity, while the precision mechanical structure ensures stable operation and excellent energy efficiency.

Equipped with one extruder and a mono-layer die head, featuring a low-neck bubble forming design.

Suitable materials: LDPE, LLDPE, and mLLDPE.

Film applications: shopping bags, garbage bags, surface protective films, industrial packaging films, and agricultural films.
Common optional equipment: rotary die, oscillating haul-off unit, automatic hopper loader, gusseting unit, embossing device, and automatic roll change winder.
