The FFS heavy-duty packaging blown film machine is mainly used to produce films for FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) packaging applications.
FFS films feature excellent moisture resistance, high strength, rigidity, impact resistance, and puncture resistance. When combined with automated packaging lines, they form an integrated system for bag forming, filling, and sealing
Replaces traditional woven bags that have poor moisture resistance, tend to become brittle, require high labor input during production, are difficult to recycle, and are unsuitable for outdoor storage.
The corner-sealed design of FFS bags gives them a square appearance, enhancing stacking convenience and effectively improving storage efficiency and management.
The smooth surface provides a clearer and more attractive printing effect.
The automated production process minimizes manpower requirements.
Integrated Solution
■ Inline Configuration for FFS Heavy-Duty Blown Film Line: Printer, Inner Embossing Device, and Gusseting Unit
Inner Embossing Device Creates embossed patterns from inside the bubble to increase surface roughness and friction, improving stacking stability of heavy-duty bags.
Gusseting Unit Forms side gussets and seals the film into a square-bottom bag structure, enabling easier stacking and safer transportation.
■ Key Features:
One-stop inline production: forming, printing, embossing, gusseting, and winding
FFS heavy-duty bag films are used with Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) automatic packaging lines to package a wide range of heavy-duty products, such as plastic resins, fertilizers, grains, and other bulk materials including pellets, granules, and powders.
