ABA Three-layer Co-extrusion Blown Film Line

Equipped with two extruders and a three-layer co-extrusion die head to produce ABA three-layer co-extruded film structures.

The outer layers (A/C layers) are supplied by one extruder, while the middle layer (B layer) is independently fed by another extruder.

Compared with mono-layer blown film systems, different materials can be distributed into individual layers, allowing each layer to achieve different functional properties and improving overall film performance and material utilization efficiency.
A higher percentage of recycled materials can be incorporated into the middle layer to reduce raw material costs.
Compared with ABC three-layer systems, the ABA structure reduces one extruder, helping lower equipment investment and operating costs.
Suitable for producing film products with identical material structures on the outer layers.
