Lamination Films

The demand for plastic films in food, medical, and electronics industries continues to grow, with increasing emphasis on high-barrier performance such as freshness preservation, moisture resistance, and odor protection.

Through multi-layer blown film technology, different functional materials can be incorporated into each layer to produce high-performance and multifunctional packaging films for various lamination and flexible packaging applications, including shrink films, stretch films, protective films, and antistatic films.

Applications

  • Three-layer and Five-layer Co-extruded Functional Films
Three-layer and five-layer co-extrusion technology enables the production of multifunctional packaging films through the combination of different PE materials.
Compared with mono-layer blown film systems, multi-layer co-extrusion lines provide greater flexibility in material formulation and film performance balance, helping achieve downgauging, material savings, and easier recyclability.

  • Seven-layer and Nine-layer High-barrier Co-extruded Films
Seven-layer and nine-layer co-extrusion technology combines different functional materials such as PE, PA (nylon), and EVOH to produce high-barrier packaging films with excellent gas and moisture barrier properties, puncture resistance, toughness, and heat-sealing performance.
Through multi-layer co-extruded structures, high-performance films can be produced directly, reducing secondary lamination processes and improving production efficiency.
